Cell culture automation

I believe that the majority of tasks currently performed manually by researchers at their workstations could already be substituted with automated systems. It's my hope to see the development of more open-source and commercial automation tools, enabling researchers to move away from tedious tasks and channel their efforts into more fulfilling conceptual work.
